Friendly and knowledgeable tour guide
Miguel was a great tour guide. Personable and friendly. I was a solo traveler - really enjoyed the day and it never felt ātoo busyā. People in the tour as well were very kind and friendly. We were able to relax on our own at times but also learn more about the history and culture with our guide. Thanks for such a fun trip!

Douro Valley Port Visit
We were picked up very close to our accommodation, as no vehicles allowed in our street. Driver/Guide was bang on time. A total of 8 persons in the comfortable VW people carrier. The driver had water for us all in a cool box, which was extremely welcome later in the day, to not only combat the alcohol but also the extremely hot weather, 39c at one point! Two Port vineyards, an hour ling boat trip on the Douto River, and a delightful lunch at an old school, high up in the mountains, made for an excellent day. Oh, and I forgot to mention, plenty of Port and Douro Wine tastings! An excellent day out, to locations that bigger vehicles could never reach, which made it all the better, in my opinion. For just a little bit more cost, I would say "go for it, you won't regret it!"

Great tour. Andrea made sure we were well taken care of and saw all the hits - wineries, landscapes, etc. Douro Valley is worth visiting and this tour makes it a great and easy experience.
