Wonderful guide and special day in the Duoro Valley
Nuno was a a truly amazing guide, going above and beyond to make our Duoro Valley day one of the most special experiences during our trip to Europe. He was warm, friendly and informative on both the Douro and Porto throughout the day. He worked with the wineries and restaurants to ensure that we had a truly seemless experience, making it feel relaxed for us. And he provided us with the opportunity on the way back to make a bonus stop in the beautiful town of Amarante. It was just an incredible experience thanks to this wonderful guide and the well planned out tour. We are looking forward to a repeat visit in the future!

Phillip was an awesome tour guide! He was fun, friendly and I highly recommend him. The tour was exceptional. The food was great and ample and plently of port was drank by all. I picked a small tour and that was the right choice. We met lovely people from Italy and France. Well worth it. Don’t hesitate on this one.

A Fantastic Douro Valley Experience
Fantastic private Douro Valley tour for our group of five. From the start, our guide was knowledgeable, personable and incredibly accommodating. We had mentioned in advance that we preferred drier wines, and the day was clearly planned with that in mind rather than feeling like a generic wine tour. We visited three smaller wineries, each with a very different experience, and never felt rushed. Our guide did a great job explaining the region, the wines and the history without overdoing it, and he kept the day relaxed and fun. This was one of the highlights of our time in Portugal. If you’re looking for a more personal Douro experience rather than a large-group tour, we would absolutely recommend it.
